RITS benefits statement
In addition, RITS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, a 401K plan, up to 10 days PTO annually, and 6 paid holidays (all benefits are based on eligibility).
general benefits
payroll/checks:
Payroll is done on a weekly basis and employees are paid every Friday for the previous week.
vacation:
You will accrue two weeks of vacation per year at the rate of 6.67 hours per month from your date of hire.
holidays:
RITS has six (6) paid holidays each year, including New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
401(k):
Employees may participate in the Randstad U.S. Professionals 401(k) benefit plan following 500 service hours. You can make deferral elections, pre-tax or after-tax directly with Milliman, our plan administrator, once eligibility is met.
short term disability:
The plan indemnifies employees for 60 percent of weekly salary to a maximum of $1,000 per week. Benefits begin on the first day for accidents and the eighth day for sickness.
medical, vision, and dental insurance:
Available to all employees.
employee referral bonuses
We believe that great people usually associate with other great people. If you refer a friend to RITS, and RITS hires that person, you will receive a $750 bonus! This would be paid to you after the new employee completes 3 months of service.
